All of our visits to Sophia's (Dyer or Highland) have been extremely suitable. Despite the crowds, we were seated quickly, served promptly, checked upon often, and enjoyed our breakfast.
I got off I-65 South heading back to Chicago. I was looking for a a fast food place like Chick-Fil-A and then saw this place. Over 50 cars in the parking lot! Walked inside, nice warm environment with welcoming people. The breakfast was the best I've ever had EVER in a pancakes restaurant. I don't know how they make an omelette this tasty and fantastic but they deserve an '11' on a scale of 10. I asked for salsa on top of the Sophia Omelette. This is one of my breakfast go-tos. The food is great and so is the service. I ordered carry out. I got the Sophia’s omelette minus ham but extra sausage with American cheese. I got grits instead of hash browns and an English muffin. The omelette was huge. I believe they are 5 eggs. They weren’t skimpy with the ingredients either. They have a huge selection of breakfast and lunch options, so practically anyone can find something that they like. I will definitely be back.
