“Honestly the best burgerking in Indiana just because of the service and care and they know how to handle customer service and my food is always the best at this location ! My experience is that i went thru the drive thru and gave my code which apparently the app was glitching but the person handling it took it very professional and took care of it from his end I appreciate you“
“The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was very well kept and clean! When they didn't have what I wanted to order the employee was quick to offer an alternative option and explain why they didn't have what I wanted calmly and nicely. “This is the best BK on the southside. I didn't understand the need for 3 windows when I pulled up, but I understood once my food came HOT and freshly made. “I frequently come to this location. All the employees are all incredibly nice and welcoming to all the customers when I'm there. Honestly these guys don't get paid near as much as they should with what they put up with on a daily basis. and they stay extremely calm and in order when dealing with the main crunch hours.“

“The gentleman at the drive-thru was very kind. He even gave me a cup of ice for free for my mother's orange juice. We did have to remind him twice we had ordered the orange juice. We had breakfast it was good all except the sausage patty was a little overcooked. Other than that it was good service. I would go back because I know mistakes happen sometimes!“

Sausage biscuit is also inexpensive for the quantity you get.If you're looking for something cheap and filling later in the day, the Chicken Jr. Sandwich is "currently" $1.59 for 440 calories. “I ordered my food online. The site says a 30 minute wait, and that's fine. But then a whole hour goes by and there's still no update. Eventually, it updated and I went to pick it up.The mature lady with the glasses seemed stressed due to the place being busy and everyone else was moving kind of slowly. She kept her back to the counter while fulfilling everyone's orders. I was impressed by her speed, but not her attitude when she finally turned to me. I told her my order number, and she checked on it. She said it never came through. I had to show her my phone two or three times for her to see the items I ordered. She had them make it fresh because it wasn't in their system. That's fine. I didn't mind the wait. When I got it, it wasn't how I ordered it, so I don't think she actually read what I showed her. That's not too big a deal. I said "thanks very much" and got a distracted "uh huh" in response ?. That's also fine.The little lady was moving! She was definitely putting her work in. It's just the verbal communication when addressing customers and attention to detail that she's lacking in. I'll chalk it to them being pretty slammed inside and at the window. I've worked retail for years, so I know to be patient in that situation, and it wasn't her fault. At least they got me the order and they didn't say I had to pay again, or I had to try to get a refund for the missing food.All in all, it was good. I inhaled it pretty quickly. “The manager here is awesome. I used the bk app for a pickup delivery for the first time and didn't pick the toppings correctly. She didn't hesitate to ask me what I wanted on my burger and directed the cook to make me a new fresh one. “Went through the drive thru to grab some quick dinner and service was decent but not overly friendly. I don't blame them for it considering the job and it wasn't rude but could be a bit more nice. The food was decent overall. Had the Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich which had good flavor and good cheese. Fries were salted well but I'd like them a bit crispier which may just be personal preference as they were hot and fresh.“

“I'm giving this particular BK a 5 star rating for their knowledge in food allergies. We requested to get a couple burgers w/no bun as our daughter has celiac. The manager went above and beyond to make sure not only to not put a bun on her burgers but to have the makers change their gloves and keep her food from ours. Cornelius is an outstanding human being and Burger King as a WHOLE needs to realize what they have with Cornelious, with the upset and stress and every day hustle and bustle, it was the most refreshing experience to just get to speak to Cornelious for a minute.
