“I’ve been going to this Chipotle for almost a year now, since I moved to Greenwood in March of 2023. The staff is out of this world! They have EXCEPTIONAL service, always go above and beyond to take care of me and see that I get the best food and service possible. We are on a first name basis at this point. The portions are exactly what you would hope they should be. I can’t say enough good things about this Chipotle location. It is always clean, well managed, and taken care of at a top notch level. I am now moving out of state for work again, and I can genuinely say that one thing that I will miss most about Greenwood is coming here on a near daily basis and chatting with the staff! “This was one of the best Chipotle experiences that we have had. We tried the new chicken al Pastor bowl and burrito and guacamole. It was fantastic. Everything was fresh and served quickly. The only complaint was that the guacamole wasn't smashed up enough and we had rather large chucks of avocado, if that's a bad thing. This location has always been better than most around it.“

“Always good food and the staff here was super friendly. The dining room was a little dirty. The kitchen workers were listening to different music than being played in the dining room. It was loud and the unedited lyrics were not kid friendly.“
“The food was good. I’m a tea drinker and I don’t consume soda for health reasons. For some reason the iced tea wasn’t made by peak lunch time and I purchased a large drink only to find out my only drink option was water. I mentioned to staff that there was no tea and was willing to wait for some to be made. Ten minutes turned to fifteen minutes turned to twenty minutes and no tea was ever made. I guess I don’t understand why it was so difficult to have tea prepared and ready?“
“Food is usually just fine. It's just ALWAYS dirty/messy in the lobby. Majority of the staff was on point. The soda machine was out of ice and I asked this girl if there was ice in back and her immediate and DRY answer was NO. Luckily this very tall and polite other employee came right behind her and was like I can grab you some ice from the back... totally opposite of what the girl said. He saved the experience. It's the lack of solution that typically kills it. And he again, "saved it". Food fine. Lobby just needs to be cleaned up more frequently. I've never been in there and it was clean... I've been at least one every 3 months or so.“
“Here is the thing i love chipotle so much that i cant bring myself to give it 1 star even tho the experience i had was awful this day....JEFF the african manager is thee biggest Ahole and just don't care about customer satisfaction. Not friendly and vague with answers to questions. His attitude and vibe is off sometimes i rather just call to see if he working and if he is i don't eat there that evening. Even the employees have to apologize on his behalf . I have tried to reach out to corporate a few rimes but to no avail i get nothing ...i still love them but i feel something needs to be done with my experiences when im in there when he works“
“On Friday November 11th, my sister invited me to lunch at the new Chipotle''''s on south Emerson next to the Kroger. I wasn't to keen in going since the chain doesn't have the most pleasing reputation amongst fast food places. However, we were both very pleasantly surprised at every aspect of our dinning experience. Since I had never eaten there before the line cook had to walk me through every step and she did so without making me feel uncomfortable. What a trooper!! We will definitely be back for more! This Chipotle has made two new friends and customers. As Schwarzenegger would say: "I'll be back!!"“
“This place must be under new management!I haven't been to this location in months. Mainly due to the horrible service and lack of food they should have.This past week, the trays were fully stocked, it was clean and they even had salad dressing!The servers and cashier were pleasant as well!Especially, Sadie and maybe Marco…omg, I hope I got his name, right. “A lot of people say that Chipotle serves less than they used to as far as protein portions go. This is entirely accurate at this location. Actually, in this case, I would say that portions for everything were smaller than normal in a burrito bowl.Normally, a Burrito bowl is enough to satisfy me, but after eating here, I felt like I had to eat something else to feel satiated. I had a small grilled chicken strips order at Chick-fil-A a few doors downMost of the tables were clean, and the line was relatively short when I arrived.“
