“Called and ordered ahead. I've noticed that domino's has outsourced all of their phones to a call center over seas. I had a feeling that the individual taking my order didnt really understand what i was saying. When I got to this location my pizza was not correct. I spoke to Jennie & Kendra.Jennie told me that they would remake my pizza, they'd put a rush on it & it would take about15 minutes. I go up to the window to pay, the manager had comped my pizza.... that ment the world to me. All of the staff at this location works their butts off and are extremely friendly. I drive 18 miles in the other direction to go to this location because of their customer service, how clean it is, and the team work they display. I hope they know that this little thing that the kind of thing anybody has done for me all day. You guys do make a difference and I appreciate you.“

“Now My Favorite Pizza!No longer the place that had fair pizza at a fair price, Now the pizza place with Outstanding Taste at an excellent price!! I'm always looking for bargins, but I'm one that lives to eat, so great tasting food is number one, and Domino's has both!They've improved so Much over the years, that I Honestly do Prefer them over my old favorite pizza hut. The hand tossed crust has a garlic flavor and now I'll actually eat the crust. Many cheese's to choose from, plenty of topping choices and excellent Italian sausage marinara pasta. I expected the pasta to have little sauce and little cheese, but NOPE, it was perfect! Some complain of skimpy toppings on the pizza, but I've come to realize that I don't need every bite to have sausage, I like they instead use big chunks of Italian sausage so that there's no doubt what I'm tasting. I always thought the best pizza was smothered in toppings, but as I'm older, I appreciate Tasting each ingredient! With Domino's the flavor is Outstanding and this is what I seek. Sure, if you only get one topping, I'd double it, but if you do 2+ toppings then the ratio is fine.If you haven't had Domino's lately, give them a try! The store near me #2666 knocks it out of the park Every time!!! (Which for me is every week.)And if there's a problem, always let the business know, most places will make it right to keep you as a customer. And don't forget to let them know when they've done a great job. Everyone does better when they've been recognized and appreciated!“

“So I am a mailman. I can't be too specific but part of my job entails bringing mail to this location. The first time I walked in dressed in my uniform the crew sang the mail song from blue's clues. I have to tell you that it put a smile on my face all day. Little acts of spontaneity like that can really catch you off guard. Needless to say the atmosphere here is amazing . I also order pizza here frequently and the store is clean and they have never let me down on the quality of my food. Domino's can vary from store to store and this is one I would recommend.“

“We eat a lot of Dominos in my house but a few weeks back we had a really horrible experience and I made it a point not to order from this location. We actually hadn’t eaten Dominos since.After a really long commute home in the snow, the gym, and a hungry wife and kid I did not have the patience to cook. Options were limited and I heard there was a new manager here so I took a chance and placed an order.Some time passed and I get a call that there isn’t a driver available (nothing new) but the communication was top notch.I agreed to switch to carry out because the roads were bad and my car is pretty freaking awful in snow but my wife was gonna be worse if I didn’t feed her.I went to pick up my order and asked for clarification on the charges since I had paid a delivery fee along with a higher tip than usual for road conditions (embarrassing to admit but every dollar counts to me). I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name, but he ended up refunding my entire order for the inconvenience. It was totally unexpected and not my intention. I’d like him to know his kindness will be repaid.Anyways. All this to say that if you’ve had a bad experience, I hope you’ll give this store another chance. I’m confident that they will do the right thing by you now(so long as you are patient and kind).“

“Driver who did order #995 went over & beyond to deliver pizza in a complex that isn’t easy to figure out where to go. Office was closed & I had the wrong number on file in app & still managed to circle the block again to find me. Thank you hope they get some recognition & results in further growth financially. “Ordered 10 pizzas this morning at 7am for pick up at 10:45am. Pizzas were ready on time and steaming hot. Very impressed with the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of this store. Happy workers made the transaction easy-peasy. Keep up the good work!“

“I heard they were getting new management so I decided to give them another try yesterday evening. No complaints. Staff was cool. They got my order right with no problems. My food was ready pretty quickly and it was great. I'll be ordering again.“

“The past several times I've visited this store, I've had to do Carside delivery because of a shoulder issue; I've been *flagged* over to the drive thru once and made to wait 20 minutes both of the last two times. I called tonight, after waiting close to ten minutes, even though I had gotten the notification that my order was ready.“

“We ordered the hot wings, garlic knots with marinara, and a pepperoni pizza - the wings were great, spicy meaty, juicy with a crispy-saucy outside, was more than my white mom bargained for on the spiciness though, although she did thoroughly enjoy it (a 4.7/5) :). The pizza was a bit dry, the sauce ratio could be better or they could use a garlic butter on the crust; the cheese and pepperoni ratios were okay and the pizza, overall, was okay, like 3.5/5. The garlic bites were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside but they were almost a bit too airy- they felt more hollow than airy; although, I did go into it wanting a doughy, bready breadstick-like finger food (something filling that I could eat with one hand), so maybe I went in with an unfair expectation? Either way, they lived up to the 'garlic knot' name and I could eat them with one hand without too much of a mess but they were much smaller than I originally had wanted - a warning as well, they were oddly sweet with the butter adding a saltiness that definitely got better over time but didn't make much sense at first as the two flavors stand out from one another. I'd give the knots a 2.8/5 as I've had better garlic knots that set my standards of what I expect of garlic breads, twists, and knots. Hope this helps some of y'all when picking a place!Ps. The location we went to was open till 12am, for all of you late-nighters, and they switch to curbside and online ordering after a certain time, but they didn't send us a message when our food was actually ready (they let us know our order was received and that it was in the oven, though).“
