I've always loved everything I ate at Dave's. Not today. I had rib tips, had them many places and love them. These were, well actually terrible. They were small, dry, and unchewable!!. I felt like they should have been tender chunks of meat, like other places serve.Will never order that again.
We had a wonderful meal tonight. The spare ribs and brisket were done right and delicious. The sides, salad, slaw, mashed potatoes and beans all satisfied. And to top it off, the corn muffins were sweet and moist. It’s not often a place gets it all perfect, but they did it tonight!

We stopped in for the first last night.We were 1 of only a few couples in the restaurant. Serive was quick and friendly.We both had the Thursday special. All you can eat rib tips with a side and cornbread. Don't forget the pickles and pickled onionsThe fries were wedge fries with a great flavor and cooked to perfection. The coleslaw was a good too. The rib tips were good, but a little dry. The sauces helped with this. The Devils spit was my choice.
