I had been meaning to come here for quite some time and I am thrilled I finally took the time to visit. I was missing out for sure. This place was great! Lindsay (I may have misspelled that) was spectacular! She was so good with our girls, and knows the menu forward and backwards.The hostess was super inviting and friendly. She’s also a wealth of knowledge when discussing the menu. The manager (White Sox Fan) checked on us and was very personable. This Flatwater is definitely the place to be! We did some work for the owners of Flatwater and they were beyond hospitable. Barrett, a well known chef there bought us lunch. The Reuben was amazing. We'll be sure to stop in for lunch on our own dime as often as possible! Great place, food, atmosphere, staff and ownership!
