Went on a saturday before the evening rush. The waiter put my Mom's order in wrong. It was a, or the cook that brought our food out and when we tried to explain the mistake he was very rude and disrespectful especially to my mom. He raised his voice and accused her of making the mistake.The manager served us for the rest of our time there. She made a quick appology for his behavior but offered nothing else. I visited this location during the Thanksgiving holiday with my family. During this visit, we had the best service from our waiter and the Manager in Training. The food was stellar--I mean by far the best I have ever had considering I have been to several RL's across the country. The food was hot, aesthetically pleasing, and delicious! If this is the new Red Lobster standard, I am here for it every time.

Must have been an UNDERstaffed night, it seemed there was 1 waiter for the entire restaurant..table of 6 plus 2 children. My friend and my father ordered alcohol beverages and only my father received one.when brought to the attention of the waiter, his reply was "well if it makes you feel any better, you already look drunk" which was quite rude considering she hadn't had a drink ..the food was delicious though..at least
