Had the smoked chicken with hopin John and cooked greens. Chicken was very juicy and the sides were tasty. The pimento cheese spread app was delicious. The small corn bread cakes and pickled green tomatoes/onions that came with it were great.
Sometimes it works out when your best laid plans are totally destroyed. I was heading somewhere else for dinner, when 465 East was a parking lot near Castleton. So I exited Keystone and went toward Nora on 86th Street hoping something would jump out at me. I noticed this place and BBQ sounded good, so I decided to give them a shot. I am really glad I did. Food came fast, this place is too fancy for a bbq place. Brisket decent, not tender/moist enough, Mac and cheese not bad not amazing same with the collared greens. This was good not great, it's is proper bbq though
