Baked potatos are not cleaned properly, always have a gritty texture on the skin, feels like you're chewing sand so I've learned you have to rinse it first or peel off the skin. We have had ups and downs with food but it's 4/5 times good and fresh. I know they are struggling to keep staff so I keep that in mind and they have always made it right if and when there's an issue with our order.
Drive thru lady was extremely rude. While waiting at the window, the other lady at the counter was giving me the stink eye and kept staring at me making me extremely uncomfortable. I lost my appetite and had to throw away my $20 order. I looked at the fish and seems like the filets keep getting smaller and smaller every year. What did i do to deserve such service???

I only live a 1.3 miles from the restaurant. I was given a 10 minute pick up time. I was there 3 minutes prior to that time and my food was already waiting on me. It was room temperature at best. I guess I will be waiting in line for 20 minutes next time. ?
