Usually they give really good service. But the last few times it hasn't been that good. Either they stuffed the bag so full that I can't sit upright without falling over or the milkshake (or custard) is liquid. If it happened just once I wouldn't be too upset, but I has been liquid the last 3 times, even if I order straight from the dining room. Culver's is pretty good. Nothing special about their burger, but oh oh oh the custard. So yummy and creamy. Its a good thing they don't have them in the PNW or I would have quite the belly.
