I don't live in Indiana anymore. So, Noble Romans felt like a special treat. But, nope. The barely mediocre food (ordered at the counter from a snotty teen) doesn't represent the NR of my youth. The seriously subpar service that makes you feel like you're interrupting their day job is maddening. The restaurant does appear to be clean. Got a pizza and it wasn't cooked, the crust was doughy..told the waitress. Her response was..I already rang you up....their new way is, order and pay for it before you get your food.. very disappointed in Noble Roman's now...guess the quality of food and serve just doesn't matter any more.

It has changed a lot, not for the better. You now order at the counter, get your own drink. Breadsticks small & cold, out of sub rolls, meatballs. Place not very clean, pizza overdone. Disappointing!! I can't imagine they will last much longer.
