Such a fun place, especially if you are a board and card game fan! John and Alisha (the owners) personally made sure everyone had fun, so I'd definitely recommend Thursday nights as those are the "social nights" when they are there to explain, suggest, or play games with you.The cost to play is negligible, especially for students at only $3. This is a cool place with nice staff. They tried their best and I respect that. I will give a more polished review about thefood in my next visit. But it is a very safe and welcoming place and it is quiet enjoyable if you bring your friends.I have not experienced a rpg board games so I couldn't play some but for more experienced people it is a joyful place. For others it is still a very friendly environment with games to enjoy.

The real GameStop, easy to spend hours here with friends and enjoy the massive selection of board games! This is the downtown spot for casual enjoyment and having a great time. Us eight people tried out Merlin's Beard, me for the first time surprisingly having lived here for over a decade, finding a pleasant peasant styled slightly fantasy inspired pub coaxing out all inner dragons, dukes, and dames, cannot believe it took me so long to try out!
