I used to love this restaurant chain. They are now the same level as McDonald's, but their food is better quality, so far. But the restaurant has really went downhill, as service seems to suffer as there is nobody there to take your order, except for the drive thru cashier and electronic kiosks. I am all for efficiency, but this is not the way to go, in my opinion.
I went through drive, had to repeat my order (one meal and one separate sandwich and drink) three different times, the order taker was rude and snappy, didn't get his name because I didn't see a name tag or anything, but I wouldn't go deal with that again. Also left my food sitting by the window with others walking by it while he did something in the back

Just spent 35$ at your store for my grandkids and I and we get home , and the fries are ICE cold and the burgers ALL had MOLD !!!! Yes MOLD on them !! I am a transplant patient and I cam get very sick!! 15$ an hr. REALLY !!? I will be going back in the a.m. for my $$ BACK ! Disgusting!
