Zero customer service as many have said.Ordered online and it was set to be done 1:30pm. At 1:40 no food and no one stopping to ask I I needed something as I stood at the front counter. I've loved steak 'n shake now that they brought back their chicken strips, I stopped going just because they got rid of them for no reason originally. It didn't make sense because they literally have that entree on a lot of their wall art... But now I'm happy because they're back. It's part of their aesthetic.
