This has been the best experience we have had here at this IHOP in a very long time. Our waitress was very attentive, kind, and professional. Our food was cooked well and looked just like the food in the pictures on the menu; a rare thing to happen nowadays in any restaurant. It was wonderfully tasty. I used to work there and still go to eat. Very clean and comfortable. A little understaffed at the moment so you may have an inexperienced cook or servers with too many tables but they do a great job despite it all.Kid-friendliness: The servers are always super great with kids and it's always a great family experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking within 25-30 feet of entrance and a shallow ramp to the front door. Our waitress was wonderful, food was great. We came in at 3:30a with smiling host and were seated quickly. Our food was hot and fresh. The pot roast just fell apart and didn’t even stick in your teeth. The rest of the staff was cleaning while not busy. 10 out of 10 going back. Thank
