I ordered on line to get what I assumed was two, footlong sandwiches. The app was not very user-friendly and it sent me to a store close, but not one familiar to me. I waited 'til the stated pick-up time. When I arrived there were 6 or 7 cars in line and 2 waiting inside. I went in to find that my order had been started (3 girls behind the counter, not a mask in sight). My order took another 15mins. The restaurant was short-staffed on my last visit, despite being very busy they managed to remain upbeat and friendly and worked very well together to help customers as fast as they could. They were very apologetic for circumstances that they could not control and very professional in acting quickly to help customers and not complaining about the difficult situation they found themselves in. The workers here are absolutely amazing! I come in almost everyday with my brother, who has Autism, and they not only treat him with upmost respect but they also have his sandwich memorized! We don't even have to say anything and they are already working on his sandwich and asking how his day is going because they care. Just an amazing subway with amazing staff!
