Awesome experience tonight at the Merrillville location!!!!Jasmine was our server. It was our second time having her, and both times were great. Tonight was extra phenomenal, as she went out of her way to make our son's 9th birthday super special to him. The whole crew came out and sang, and he had his ice cream and cake. Service was horrible. Super slow. I asked for a double cheese burger medium well. They brought a single cheese burger. When they finally brought the double to me, it was well done and dry. The place was empty. There was no reason to take 30 minutes to bring water. Which was never refilled. My friend asked for a cola, he didn't bring it until he brought the check. Food came warm, not hot. My friend asked to have it warmed up in the microwave. That took 30 minutes. ...read full review

Ok haven't been to this particular restaurant in a few years due to a bad experience, but I thought what the heck and glad I did because the server did great, the food was good..ill definitely be back.
