Update: I tried to respond to the owners email but there is nowhere to put the information. So his response is just a way to make it look like the corporation is reaching out to you, but nothing is being done to change anything.The proportion of meat that was put on my bowl was ridiculous. I asked about it to the server and she didn't say much more than try to explain how much is put on. I told her I understood, but what she put on was not what she said was the portion. MANAGER KRISTIN WAS VERY RUDE , SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED , STORE WAS COMPLETELY NASTY BARELY FORKS TO EAT WITH ! FLOOR DISGUSTING, BATHROOM NASTY ! EMPLOYEE’S ALL JUST STANDING NOT EVEN GREETING ! DO NOT GO HERE !

The employees at this location were extremely rude. I was planning to eat in the restaurant and work on my computer on my lunch break today. After my ordering experience, I didn’t feel comfortable staying and chose to eat in my car. I will go to chipotle again because I love the food, but I will not return to this location.
