I never had any issues with the McAllister’s in Montgomery until the last few times. I’ve placed an order for pickup, using the pick up at window option, and the service was terrible! I drove up and touched my name on the board and then drove to the window. Workers were in there and looked at the window, seeing me there and ignoring the fact that I’m there to pick up my order. I enjoy McAlisters fresh food and sweet tea. What I didn't care for was the customer service I received because my soup was missing from my order. I placed my order through the mobile app. I picked up my order and went to my car. Before pulling off from the rest, I checked my order. My soup was not in my bag. Obviously the food is good! But every time I come here the front service is horrible! They need welcoming staff up there willing to be more kind. They literally act like they hate their job! Your job is to service others. I hate that this is the closest one to me.
