My fiance went in to order food and came out smiling bc of his interaction with James. We were waiting in the car, and my fiance was about to go back in to see if our food was ready.
The building needs to be gutted and completely rebuilt. Soot on the ceilings and exposed wires. The food was ok and less expensive than any other location I've been to. The fleas flying around were free.

I love Pepe's the only problem is every time I go there there's no cook 1140 opens at 1100 never a cook I prefer this Pepe's over the one off Broadway. I would rate them a 4 if they would hire people how can u eat without a cook
