The drive through clerk didn't know how to give change. I was supposed to get $10.13 change - she gave me $13.00. When I told her the error, she didn't know how to fix it.
Late at night I'm leaving my college and I needed a coffee or something to get by.I did a online order and myself and another person were waiting. Unfortunately I was given the wrong order but there was absolutely no problem in getting it resolved and the three people working were so delightful.
