This was the first time we experienced a Valentine's Day at White Castle. We will definitely do it again in fact we said it should be our annual tradition. The decor was great, the service was excellent, and the food was great as always. This was fun and a great way to celebrate the day!!! Thanks to everyone at the Merrillville White Castle.
The service and food were good. I have no complaints about that, but they are just doing too much with all of this digital automation stuff. Instead of having a live person taking your order in the drive thru, there is a voice assistant computer. When I gave my order, it registered as something else, then when I said that was wrong, and repeated my order, it rang up something completely different, but still the wrong thing. My husband and I have been doing White Castle reservations every year since we got together. It's our tradition. This was our first time at this location. It was more spacious than the last one which we appreciated. They didn't do the photo op area but it was still nice.
