Honest reviews. I have not been to Chipotle in years because every time I would go, something would be wrong with my food. Last night I tried it again to see if anything changed. It did not. The food wasn’t bad. I’m just confused on how you can forget, the beans, salsas, and the guac on an order that is printed in front of you. I understand if you are busy, things happen. There was two people sitting down. One person in line but my food was ready to go already because I ordered online. I’m just not sure how that happens. Thanks though.Edit: I was also missing fajita veggies and cheese.

I won’t complain because they’re doing the best job they can with the short staff that they have. You can’t expect a place to be perfect with only 3-4 ladies on the line. They literally try to handle a rush and online orders. You gotta give them grace in these reviews. They are only a few employees. I wouldn’t say don’t come here just be prepared for a rush. These reviews are ridiculous if it’s that bad make your own food at home !

I have never had such a bad experience at a Chipotle until I came here. You would think during prime dinner hours the place would be packed or at least people there. Since there wasn’t it was a bit alarming. I guess the word is out around town, but not to the travelers. If I didn’t say what i wanted on my food I’d still be there staring at the lady waiting for her to tell me what i needed and what goes with each dish. I ask for thingsthen when things are out she puts the scraps on there and calls it good without replacing or substituting for something else. the few scraps they do have are lumps of things not separated. I got extra food of things of onions in with my meat. mixing food isn’t good. honestly i guess this is the standard of michigan city…trashy. Go anywhere else this place totally sucks.

This is the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been too. We dined in and I asked the girl for something to clean the tables, she said ok and kept making orders, someone else not sure if she was the manager came to ring someone up and I asked her she said hold on . No! I've been holding on . I had to open paper bags and use them as my base to dine in. Not surprised if this place has roaches/mice. RuDe workers!!!

Going to say I love Chipotle as someone who is gluten free and think that this location was just busy and it was an honest mistake! Ordered for pickup (5 bowls) and each bowl wasn’t labeled and wasn’t assembled correctly. When we went inside to pick it up there was a long line so I think the staff was in a rush. Very fun puzzle of figuring out who’s bowl was what but we lived!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!
I ordered three burritos on DoorDash. Two of them had hair in it. Mine had a long dark hair in it and my son's had a short little puby hair in it. Absolutely disgusting. This place needs to be shut
