I was having my car fixed next door at Midas so I called gourmet House I hadn't been there for a while I looked at the menu online and I ordered the lunch menu of egg foo young when I got there it was around $9 but it was a big heavy bag I was surprised like what could be in here well a few hours when my car was done I went home and opened the bag I was shocked I thought there would be one egg foo young in there there were about six there was a big box of white rice and also a big plastic container of sauce for the egg foo young plus of course a fortune cookie instead of having lunch for one day I've been able to eat this over three days thank you so much I think the food is very good The restaurant needs a little upgrade other than that it's a good deal and by the way the egg foo young was luscious also

Very dirty and run down, several little kids seating people & getting drinks for customers, service very slow, food was ok. Wouldn't go there again.

Got takeout during the most recent snow storm- food was fresh and hot, and tasted amazing!! Dumplings are definitely homemade and my only complaint was that I didn’t get more :)

Three of us and first time there. Large selection to choose from. Two Mongolian beefs and one Seafood delight. Ample food, we each took home a doggie bag. All enjoyed our meals. Just about $16 each before gratuity.

Crispy Sesame chicken not crispy, she say all white meat not tempura fried, chicken like rubber, broccoli too firm, House Fried rice not as husband has enjoyed, Crabmeat Rangoon lacking something, flavor not like our past visit! Pork egg roll wasn't good. Service not the best, she brought out tempura fried dark meat small order, flavor was better. They have done white meat, tempura fried before, so change of people from my last visit, made this time no good! Atmosphere, needs redone, sketchy. Not the cleanest, old carpet etc. Bathrooms putrid...smell eminates into dining area. Use to like going, but no more.
Visited Gourmet House on Christmas Day with my Dad and a good friend... Wonderful food!! Ordered a Large Bowl of Egg Drop Soup and it was LARGE!! Really good Sweet & Sour Chicken, and my dad had that too! My friend ordered the Four Seasons and said it was excellent!! Very nice family running the place, and just a wonderful Chinese Christmas Dinner!! Thanks!

Chicken was partially raw. Place was filthy. Rice drowning in soy sauce, and worse workers young children running around in smelly clothing. The place smells like soiled diapers. Horrible. Health department needs to visit.
The place is quiet, the bathroom art is gorgeous and the service wonderful. The food is generous and good.

Ordered my food was ready very quickly. Got it home to eat it and the crab ragoon was very good. Ordered the General Tso chicken, was not impressed. The sause tasted fishy like they fried the chicken in oil used for fish and the sauce was very bland and not hot at all. The fried rice that came with the meal was just basic fried rice. Will not be going back except for maybe the crab ragoon.
