Ordered the steak fajitas. Asked for them medium rare, which they were, but the quality of the steak itself is poor. Very tough. The photo shows how much steak I didn't eat. Parts of the flour tortillas were also tough. I've never had flour tortillas the texture of shoe leather. The service was average.The ambience is average or a little above average for a Mexican restaurant.

Front of house staff is great !!! Always super nice. The last time I went I think my server's name was jalissa or Lisa I think she shortened it to. I thought she was wonderful she was super helpful and super nice and also checked up on us several times throughout our lunch. She was very on top of accommodating all of our needs and a very pleasant server to talk to. However, I do think the food is just okay. Please take this with a grain of salt I moved here from North Carolina where the Mexican food is very authentic pretty much everywhere you go and I find hacienda to be more of an Americanized Mexican cuisine like Tex-Mex almost. So if your vision is authentic hacienda might not be the place for you, but if you don't mind Tex-Mex and that's the type of deal you're going for then it absolutely is the place for you. As far as front of house staff you will always be treated great and receive great service I've been there plenty of times since moving here and I have not found 1 negative thing to say about any of the front of house staff. To be honest my biggest complaint would be the salsa it tastes like ketchup to me.Dietary restrictions: I have Crohn's disease and so I have a gluten allergy. I will say that you as the person with the food allergy do run the risk of understanding that cross-contamination can and will happen at all times. But I have not yet gotten a flare-up from eating at hacienda when ordering food items that I know are innately gluten-free. The menu seems very customizable and I'm sure all you have to do is ask
