I beg to differ with their slogan. While the service was great and fast, I certainly didn't freak. I feel let down, who wouldn't want to freak? Maybe my threshold for freaking is just a lot higher than their test audience. I love their JJ Gargantuan. Three amazing meals for the price of one. Can't beat that.

I just waited over 1.5 hours for my $50+ dollar order of 2 sandwiches and decided to call in because it says delivered.The guy called the driver and the driver confirmed he left the order outside at someone else's home on my block.I informed him we have cameras and we did see the Jimmy John's driver go down the street earlier.He offered to send a new order which I'm ok with because we're hungry.Little did I know when I walked outside again to meet the driver that he went to another home on my street to grab the bag that has been sitting outside in the rain to walk over and bring it to me.DISGUSTING!!I asked, are you serious you seriously just tried to hand me food that was sitting outside somewhere in the rain and want me to eat that.Not only is that inappropriate but completely unsanitary and I can't believe they would do something like that.Now I definitely don't ever want anything from this location that they would do something like this.I called the manager to Inform what this driver just did and he was so unbelievably rude and told me no one would did anything to the food sitting outside of someone else's property.Who even says that?I requested a refund and will definitely be calling corporate tomorrow because image how many other people are experience something so disgusting.Time for new management if this is the way a food establishment is being ran.GROSS!Now 2 hours later and have to order dinner elsewhere

I loved coming to grab my lunch there but, I will not be returning. Sadly they can no longer seem to get my order correct I order online because I work, and they have curbside pick-up it was always perfect in the past but not now. Very disappointing ?

Worst Jimmy John's location. Ever! I arrive after putting in my order 15 minutes later for a curbside pick up of a sandwich and a bag of chips only to call and ask if my order was ready for pick up and be told my order didn't go through because their Internet was down. They "never got my order. Sorry about that you'll be refunded". I leave then they call me back and say oh we found your order. It was under a different name. So why lie about never getting my order in the first place. Took entirely too long for a freaky fast sandwich place to begin with. Never again
