No one ever came to take order at counter for over 10 minutes while 2 customers waited. Went out to drive-through instead, only to have them take order from later aisle prior to mine. Then no receipt available. Finally at window they give me wrong order. Worst service ever for McDs and more like a comedy of errors.

The most rude staff in any store that I have ever been. The staff members harassed one of the customers because he was complaining. I don’t know what he was complaining about… but I know that this person never used the F word… but the staff used it non stop against him and they threatened him to leave or something bad will happen to him. I have never experienced anything like that… I feel sorry for the poor guy and for the owner of this store that he has staff like that working there. I felt like if I was trying to defend this poor guy I will get in big trouble too. No need to mention that my food took 26 min to get ready. I’m wondering what would have happened to me if I had complained big time like I usually do if my food is delayed, thank god I didn’t. Maybe I’ll be injured at hospital… I hope the business owner and the police check the cameras to see exactly what happened… as this was a brutal verbal attack to a customer and almost turned to a physical attack.

They put some sauce on my breakfast bagel that I never got before and I couldn't eat my sandwich ? today I ordered a doordash order and they lied to my Dasher and said my milkshake was in the bag and it wasn't! 4$ is 4$ especially nowadays!! ?????

McDonald's in USA is so much better than Canada. The variety, the price point, the taste, the service was very good.We went around 9pm and neighborhood dis not seem very safe. Other than that, all good. Staff was nice too:)

Instead of getting chicken nuggets in my son's happy meal we got a chicken nugget box filled with mac sauce. There's no way this could've been done by accident. Who puts sauce into a cardboard box?
