I could easily be cheesy and say that I loved the place mucho mas but I won't . The food was incredible! I was shocked by the size of the portions and the quality wasn't lacking! The chorizo tastes superb as well as the black beans. I look forward to coming back and trying the other items on the menu.

We stopped in for lunch on short roadtrip. Excellent place to get some great food!You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. We had the steak taco plate, street corn bowl, chips and salsa. The tacos were AMAZING!. They use El Milagro tortillas (which is a big deal for us). The steak is cooked very well and not dry. The street corn was great and it was a pretty big portion.The atmosphere was awesome! They had a playlist of 80's music playing and some older cartoons on the TV!The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!If your in the area, check them out!

You'll like it if you understand it. Order at the counter and they bring it to you. We ordered a plate of nachos and a street corn platter. Really very good. I don't know that this is a traditional Mexican food place but a very tasty one for sure. If we are in town again, we will stop in again.

Great little place in Michigan City. Fast-casual and inexpensive. The nachos are literally a work of art and this is probably one of the best churros I've had. The service was great too, very nice and easy to approach. Would recommend this place and will go back if I visit the city again!

I happened to stop in on a Tuesday during their “Taco Tuesday” special ($1.99 standard tacos and $2.49 special tacos) so my review is based on that. It’s hard to find a taco for less than $4.00 these days, so this special definitely brought me into their restaurant to check it out.They give you the option to have your tacos either Mexi-style with the traditional onion and cilantro, or California style. I thought this was a nice touch since some people like adding cheese on their tacos. I was expecting pretty small tacos since this was a daily promo, but I was surprised when the waitress brought them out — they are BIG tacos. Each plate (two tacos to a plate) comes with a small side of chips as well so you end up with quite a lot of food. There is a free salsa bar as well with some great salsa options and pickled veggies.I don’t think anyone would claim that these are “authentic” tacos or the best they have ever had. They are very good, however, and the size makes this place a great deal on Tuesdays. I would say that two tacos are sufficient for lunch and three would work for dinner. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and need a good, inexpensive meal!
