“I always enjoy going to the Fazlois on McKinley Ave because of Jodie! Jodie is such an outgoing, awesome and one of the most kind person I have ever met! She always manages to brighten my day even on my low days. She makes everyone feel welcomed and I love it! “Always greeted when you walk in the door. I used the app to place my order and I arrived at 10 minutes before closing. They had waited to make my sandwich so it would be hot and fresh for me. Every sandwich I have ever eaten from there is delicious. Love love love this place!!!“

“I always come to this location because the employees are SO nice. Yesterday I parked with a curbside order during a rush and it didn't come out for about 20 min. I figured they were probably backed up or something and called the store to see what was up. I wasn't even mad or anything, I just figured they'd bring it out or remake it! Turns out they accidentally gave it to someone else and were SO apologetic, not only did they remake my order fresh but they gave me multiple coupons for a free meal. They were super nice about it and it was just an honest mistake. Plus the food is delicious if you like a good burger and milkshake. Their custard is something you absolutely have to get otherwise you're just missing out. Overall, this is a good place to eat. I hope the employees are getting recognition for their hard work!“
“This one was so close to tying portage rd in south bend for first place it’s just not as friendly as used to be the newer shift leads especially at night don’t take concerns( which are rare) or compliments seriously also this is the only location where for some odd reason if you get a southwest veggie wrap instead of quietly saying it to the grill cooks or finding someway to put it on the screen they yell it out and it echoes to the restaurant I am mostly okay With it since I am a vegetarian but others who might be trying to eat healthier for the first time might not like it being shouted out but like I said this one is mostly friendly I am just glad they still kept the kids playground keeps them there and busy so adults can enjoy there meal in peace“

So much on it that it was falling out the other side while I ate it. Good quality for the money and staff was friendly and quick to get us our food.“
“I have been coming here since I was in high school and you can call it nostalgia if you want, but in my opinion this is the best subway around. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly but even after not returning for nearly 5 years (just wasn't ever in this area due to moving) the owners still remembered me BY NAME. Name another establishment that values their customers that much. Always has been one of my favorite places near Penn High School and probably always will be. “It was so good that my boyfriend and I had to make the 45 minute drive to go back the next day and get it again. The food leaked in the bag one of the trips so the woman running the window took the time to take everything out, wipe it down, and give us a new bag.
