“If you're looking for great bbq in Mooresville, drive past the other bbq joint on 67. Three minutes away is one of the best hole in the wall restaurants I've been to in a long time. Super friendly service. Ordered for carry out on the way home. It's not on the menu the menu but they do offer meats by the pound which is what we ordered. Got ribs and brisket with baked beans, spicy slaw, and jalapeño cornbread. Got an appetizer of pickle fries as well. The pickle fries were awesome. Crispy and golden brown. The sauce that comes with it is a sweeter sauce, almost like a honey mustard and the sweet sauce mixed together. Ribs were tender and fell off the bone. The rub on the ribs had a nice pepper spice to it. Paired really well with their "not hot" sauce. Brisket was super tender and pulled apart easily. Their "hot" sauce was really good with the brisket. The interior of this place is rustic and just what you'd expect from a bbq joint. Only issue I had was I hadn't heard of this place before and hadn't tried it yet. Definitely will return!!”

“we’ve never had bad service or bad food. the owner deb is personable and the whole staff is so friendly. tonight my boyfriend and i went and were served by a new server named chelsea. you could tell she was so excited to be a part of the atmosphere. she gave us AMAZING service. our visits are always great but this experience deserves a 5 star review.”

“Reply to the comments below, all of this please base on facts, you ate everything, even not left a grain of rice , and then told me that you didn't order one of the shrimps in the meal,when you found we made a wrong meal to you,you can ask for us to change immediately, or just let us know about this.but you already ate it all,then told us that you never ordered it in your meal.About attitude, restaurants are doing business and welcome guests, why should we treat you with a bad attitude, Please find your own reasons.”

“Love Black Dog. Great beers, cool place and they are FANTASTIC hosts for our private event. Their private event room is perfect for groups. Service is outstanding.”

“The prices just aren't there. You pay about $8 per gourmet wien, and it's a good wien, but I'm gonna need at least 2 to feel satisfied. Fries are on the small side and another 5 and drink will be another 2-3, so you're quickly hitting $20-$25 just for an average guy to not leave hungry. There was a little discount for the combo, but I don't know what that was. But at $8 it needs to come with some chips and a small drink or something and it'd be a different story. I just think of all the meals i could have for $25 a person or even $15 and as good as that wien was, it isn't where I'd choose. It's a good snack/lunch at the fair, but I'd pick a different place to have a dinner.”

“Nice bar and grill. Stopped in after the lunch hours and it was slow. Food was good, nothing special. It was Taco Tuesday and the tacos were good. $1 a piece. Looks like a good place for after work or on weekends. Keep in mind, people are smoking in this bar. If that concerns you.”

“Beautiful shop with an inviting atmosphere! If you haven’t tried their shakes, you’re missing out! I got the salted caramel protein shake and it is amazing! I normally hate protein shakes because of the weird after taste but I couldn’t taste that with this shake! My boyfriend got the fruity pebbles protein shake and it was just as amazing and beautifully crafted!”

Great selections from salads in the beginning to delicious desserts at the end.My family takes us when we visit and we have a grand time! I had prime rib, but we all shared a taste of each others, to include fried chicken, fish, and smoked sausage. You really have to try it!!”
