I walked to this restaurant while my vehicle was being worked on. It was past 10am and the doors were still locked. I called the store and asked them if they were going to unlock the doors. The person that answered the phone told me that it should be unlocked but it wasn't. After a few minutes of waiting, someone unlocked the door. As I walked in the kitchen staff were careless and talking badly about me. They were saying that I was suspicious and another employee told her coworker that I was starring her down when I wasn't. I kindly explained to them that I can here everything they were saying about me. The employee that said I was suspicious tried to spin the story, but then began to just act condescending towards me. She handed me my receipt without saying anything at all. I also thought I heard them say that they intentionally messed up my order, but I'm not sure. I do know the order was messed up. I asked them how I could contact their GM. They claimed that he worked today. However, when I called today the employee that answered the phone told me that he didn't have the time because he was too busy to tell me when the GM would be in there. I've never walked into such a negative establishment like this one before. This restaurant is failing on every level. I don't recommend it.

Just ordered a plain sandwich besides liquid cheese and the entire bun is soaked with red sauce that I said I didn't want . Pretty disappointed ☹️

Fish was freshly fried and tasted real good! The fish strips were small for paying >$6 and with fries >$11.
My order was fast infact to fast they didn't fix my sandwich with care it was nasty and that was the first time I ever been to Arby's ? just sad for a first timer and it will be truly the last time I ever go there. The bread was thick and dry and it had very little meat on there it was mostly sauerkraut a whole lot of it nasty just nasty. I don't recommend it then make it look so good on TV but that's television for you.Parking: Plenty of space.
