I didn't have a great experience before I'm so glad to have gone back. The Cream & Crimson pizza is delicious. The combination of red potatoes & feta & alfredo? So unexpectedly good. Give it a try, you won't regret it. The sandwich is messy, could do with some mayo on it, in my opinion. But it's good! You just might end up with some on your face. =) And you can't mess up a cookie, and they definitely didn't. It's really rich & perfectly crispy on the edges.

This place has really good pizza. But the service is another story. The guy who took our order had NO CLUE what he was doing. Had no answers for anything. Like made it obvious he didn't support his job and was just waiting for the day to be done. Then the manager, after I come back 25 min later, couldn't find my order, because the first guy didn't take our name, and says, after he found it, "well it should be done, you gave them only 10 min. Which obviously not because it clearly showed over 20 min on my receipt. So I was pretty surprised by that. So they get a 3 because the food saved them from the one star.

Always love this pizza. The steak formaggio is the best!!!
Absolutely disappointed. I paid twenty dollars for a pizza to be delivered, only to end up having to sit outside for hours because they took so long I didn’t want to wake the house at 3 in the morning to a delivery boy knocking. They forgot to take my pizza with them on the first round of everyone’s orders, and told me they would give me a call when the delivery had arrived. after the delivery driver went all the way BACK to the store to get my pizza. (Apparently, since it never showed up.). The store is now closed and I still haven’t received my food. I’ll be talking to someone at the store about this as soon as they’re open again. not a happy customer.

Cheese Breadsticks were good but pizza was not. Pizza was fresh but the pizza was not tasty. Very frustrated I spent close to $30

I use to get cousin vinnies all the time when I was previously in college. Since I came back, their kitchen after 10pm has been TERRIBLE. Multiple times I would show up for pick up and they would say that my order wasn't put in... This past time when it happened, I went back to my apartment and called them to see if they would do free delivery to my location for my inconvenience instead of me waiting another 15-20 minutes there. They told me they couldn't do anything for me, told me that I should've waited, and hung up. I called back and THE EMPLOYEE started cursing at me saying I was being aggressive (I wasn't, just asked what kind of customer service she could give me after doing this 3 times in a row) and hung up again. It was the most childish phone call all I can do is laugh. There are great people in there, but that crew after 10pm needs to be replaced and give somewhat better customer service, like not intentionally hanging up on customers wondering if they can deliver for free after their mistake.
