I needed to be in Muncie on business and had to pick up a quick easy bite to eat. This DQ was unusually great fast food experience thanks to Suzanne who was exceedingly kind and helpful. She told me they charbroil over a flame so that sold me on the burger which had that open fire char flavor we all love. The burger was piping hot! She told me about a $7 meal deal that included a drink, single burger, small fries and a tiny chocolate dipped ice cream. The ice cream cone was a fun treat because I haven't had one in probably 20 years. If you want a quick burger try this location. I don't think all stores are this good.

Food was fast, hot n delicious. Staff was nice n worked together well. Dessert was so good to. They are far better and efficient than most fast food in the area n who doesn't live ice cream n a nice staff!Parking: Plenty of roomKid-friendliness: Do distractions, good food n ice cream ?. This location use to have the best cheeseburger in town. Fresh and hot right off the grill. You'd have to eat it using the paper wrapper as a mitt because they were so hot. I order two about 10 minutes ago and pulled off down the road to eat. They were barely above room temp. There's no way this burgers had touched a grill less than 20 minutes ago. It's the second time at this location. The first time they were stone cold. They've gone from the best to the worst.

I tend to judge Dairy Queens by their frozen hot chocolate. This DQ prepared an excellent treat that was very thick and chocolatly. I also ordered fries, which were hot and nicely salted. The employee who waited on us was friendly and prompt at bring us our order.

Customer service is #1. Very friendly staff. Always greeted with a smile. The ladies at the front counter arevery nice. Cleanest dining room in muncie. Alway happy to eat here.
