I ordered their sandwiches which is part of my regular orders. I usually order several times a month. Not long ago I complained of food poisoning. Of course they offered meal replacement or refund. Well once again I am complaining of food poisoning. I've had diarrhea for almost 3 days now and all I ate was those sandwiches. This is how I know it was their food. I feel absolutely horrible and I canbtell you I will be thinking twice or more before I even consider placing another order with them. At this point I'll pay for higher priced pizza before going through this again with dominos. If they review their records they'd see I was a huge customer because I ordered multiple times a month each time spending $50 or more. After this last experience I highly doubt this will ever occur again.

I just left up there I ordered two medium hand tossed pizzas well done. why my pizza look like flat bread it was so thin my toppings were falling off and wasn’t well done. I didn’t order thin crust it was hand tossed.

The customer satisfaction page didn’t pop up to leave a review so I decided to leave it here.The picture here is a neglected pizza. The story starts with the pizza leaving the oven, getting cut, and then getting seasoned. But they realize as soon as they double-check the receipt, it says well done. So, they put it back in the oven halfway and wait till it’s done. Since it’s cut, there is no need to do it again, and since it has garlic, there is no need to add it again. Once it was out of the oven, it was looked at for a couple seconds and then boxed up, completely ditching the quality check.And now we are here. As a former employee At Dominos, I can say there was an opportunity to “wow” the customer, and it didn’t happen. If the quality check wasn’t skipped, many things could’ve happened, like giving an extra 20oz, or an order of lava cakes, or even a credit. There is no need after putting garlic oil on it and then cutting it to put it back in the oven. There are ways to satisfy a customer after this, just wish someone there took the initiative.

The store in Muncie Indiana gets kudos. I had an issue with a gift card and they owed me with my order. That's awesome customer
we live 1.3 miles away yet we’re not in the delivery proximity make it make sense?? and even if we were they will be closed before 9pm on the weekends on a college campus???

Today it was a one man show at the Muncie location and our pizza wasn’t ready when the app said it would be. We did have to wait once we got to the store however it was hit and fresh. The man working said he had been working a lot due to the GM being in an accident and the driver called off today. He said people weren’t being nice to him. Saying this all with a smile! He is one hard worker. Too bad I forgot to get his name!

My kid was having a meltdown, and would not settle for anything but domino’s stupid wack garlic knot twist whatever’s. Thank god you make them fresh, because he finally shut up and I got to sleep. Shout out to this kid Crow for not giving me an attitude even though I looked like hot angry garbage, you are appreciated.
