I have been dining at the Muncie location for 20 years. Bruce has been an exemplary employee for as long as I can remember and he manages his team with so much appreciation for them. Bob was great but Bruce is a superstar, coming from a 30 year veteran in the food service industry this location rocks and their quality product shows every time I visit.

This is THE BEST Penn Station I've ever to!! I was there yesterday, everyone was so nice. My food was amazing! I asked the sweet lady who took my order if they could cut my sandwich in half. The lady making my sandwich forgot...not a big deal. I walked out and before I closed my car door, the sweet lady came out and said she forgot to cut my sandwich in half and asked of I wanted a knife or to bring my sandwich back in. I thought it was sweet of her to fix what she had forgotten. No big deal at all. I will definitely be back?
