Never have I ever been to a restaurant that serves ketchup that has made me feel sick. It was spoiled and gross after one bite with it. Waitress was the only thing good at the restaurant and did a great job but honestly disgusting I shouldn’t have to think about checking for an expiration date on a bottle of ketchup.

Muncie location on Sunday evening....place was not busy at all...service was slow....over hour and half for food with minimal server interaction.

Currently at 55 minutes ticket time....place isn't even busy on a Sunday night. Server has been by once. Had a good experience here first time we came. Drunken guy in next booth is loud enough for entire campus to hear. Pretty awful experience tonight. Considering just paying for drinks and leaving at this point.

maybe make sure to follow instructions on food prep for customers. Not all people can eat onions. I ordered 2 different sandwiches today for delivery. paid in advance and still got onions on my sandwiches. So basically I wasted my money.

The food is worth every penny for a bar. And they are exactly what they build they foundation on. Quiet but cozy a chill spot for date night or to hang with the fellas. Food presentation exceptional and service was quick and on point.

Have been coming here for years and this recent trip will be my last. Service has gone down hill, servers were rude and we sat for 10 minutes before getting drinks. We were sat in the far back next to large parties even though the restaurant was mostly vacant. Food arrived slow and my steak burger was cold in the middle and the fries were saltier than the Atlantic Ocean. My girlfriend asked for a medium rare steak and was given a hockey puck that was inedible. She sent the food back and ordered a burger instead and the same problems occurred. Cold and the fries were sooo salty. I really hope Roots can be what it used to be, but for now I do not recommend.
