I puchase a lot of their black ice tea. I always get it with light ice. Whoever made it did not make it with light ice. When I asked about it they informed me it was made with light ice. I even showed it to them. They informed me it was made with light ice. I was so mad! I hqve bought this exact tea in many different cities and countries. This is not the first time it was made incorrectly, but it was the first time I was lied to and they didnt even offer to make it right.
Even when they're busy, they are on point with my drink order. Mobile orders tend to be done sooner than you would expect. They always welcome guests with a greeting and keep the facility clean.

I generally don't like going to this location since they changed the parking situation. The parking spaces are now across from and behind the building. You have to cross the drive-thru traffic to get into the store. I did a mobile order but I also brought my own cup so rather than hold up people in the drive-thru line I parked and went inside.
