I’m seriously so so mad. I ordered 3 chicken chipotle melts. And they gave me three veterinary lettuce tomato and chipotle sauce burritos. What the heck is this stuff. No chicken in it whatsoever. So upsetting they just said they would make it right next time I go there. Yeah right. They fs are not just going to give me what I ask for just Bc I said they messed up. I had a crying baby in the car. We only went there because I was so hungry and then I end up not even being able to eat anything. Went through all of that for that. Definitely not at all what I ordered.
They mess up my order frequently so I have stopped going there because they don't pay attention to orders nor do they care that they messed up your

I ordered through the Taco Bell app for delivery and my order was continuously pushed back. After an hour of waiting, we called our delivery driver (the second one assigned to our order). She said she had been waiting so long because Taco Bell claimed they never received the order and refused to make it, even though she had shown them her receipt. Taco Bell charged me for food I never got. I also have a strong suspicion that they took their phone off the hook so it would say it was busy when people called, considering I called every minute for 10 minutes straight with no response. I’m very disappointed considering we order from this Taco Bell all the time. I also used one of my rewards on the app that I won’t get back since no one will answer the phone. I suggest ordering elsewhere.

You get two stars because of y'all's freaking app want work. I've tried iPhone and android and asked a couple people and they can't get it to work either. U can place your order but when it comes to paying it says UH OH SOMETHING WENT WRONG!
I went through drive thru and got supper for family. Fast friendly service. I love the chicken power bowl.

The vegetarian Mexican pizza is one of my favorites. I haven't been getting it lately because they are always either out of the pizza sauce and just throw red sauce on it (COMPLETELY different sauce by the way) or the tortas are just plain nasty. I don't know if it's because the oil needs to be changed or if it's because the tortas are fried and then sit there under a heatlamp for too long but they are gross. The staff was well aware of what I was talking about when it comes to that taste and quickly gave me a refund
