We came through the drive through yesterday (Sunday) about 11:45. We were shocked at the cost. We ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 medium fry's and it was $29......wth??? The fish sandwich and beef and cheddar were nasty. The fish sandwich was supposed to be your new crispy fish. It was soggy and cold, nothing crispy about it. The beef and cheddar was gross, cold beef, and cold cheese. The medium fries were cold. So sad, as we spent alot of money, and the food was horrible.

We went through the drive-thru and our friend needed a restroom immediately! The restaurant was closed, but one of the workers saw me get the walker out of the car and head towards the door. He let us inside which was very kind and thoughtful! I don’t know the young man’s name, but we appreciate his willingness to help an elderly woman. Thank you, and the food was great!

Early during the summer, and the spring before that sandwich is sometimes were a little dry, not enough sauce or dressing that they put on the special sandwiches. Then we were in Clarksville near the highway and was treated very rudely by a woman that informed us she's a manager and we are who she reports to. we called the main Arby's headquarters and they sent us the cost of our meal back and apologized. This recent trip here on State Street was awesome, the food was perfect, the people are polite, and atmosphere was positive and friendly. Give them a perfect five stars, keep up the awesome work New Albany State Street Arby's restaurant!

The restaurant was clean! The cashier was friendly. The food was all fresh, and the new Strawberry milkshake was delicious!! I didn't think to take pictures but everything was good. We order beef and cheddar with curly fries. I love their 3 pepper hot sauce!
Do you like chewy, wet, cold beef? Look no further than here.Meat cut so thick it might as well be leather and you will think you're chewing on a balloon.Who needs chewing gum when you can have Arby's legendary chewy roast beef.Disgusting
