I wanted to try the fish sticks. They were a bit disappointing, but the children liked their meals and the apple turnovers than we got, although they were short one that we wanted. I was also disappointed that Arby's dropped the potato cakes which was one the best things about them.

We come here for lunch from work maybe once a week. The staff is always friendly and fast. The other day they had a line around the building and it was no time that they had it cleared and when I got my food it was fresh and neatly wrapped. All with a smile!! Thank you all for always haven great, fast service and fresh delicious food!!

I think they are still using the same mop water from 2 years ago. The floors have never been properly degreased and all inside customers complain to deaf ears. The entry and exit door is a great slide and has never been degreased. ALl Of the floors in the New Albany, IN store s about 3 years over due for a good degreasing. Proper mop training is required and must be adhered to in order to keep the grease off the floors. Pressure wash the entry walkway! Seriously!!! 801 Talaina...read full review
