We stopped here after a gymnastics meet and we are so glad we did! The food is awesome- best buffalo chicken wrap I’ve ever had! Our waitress, Lori, made the experience for us, though. She was friendly and made a big deal over our son’s medals. She was attentive and so friendly. We’ve never had better service anywhere! We will be back the next time we are in town!

Our first dine-in visit to Cluckers in New Albany and we all were fans! Our server, D ("uncle D" to our kids) was very attentive, funny and friendly, with a great personality! The good was slow coming out (very busy) but we didn't mind. Good atmosphere and the good was very good and reasonable. (Chicken nachos are amazing!) Our kids have already told us multiple times tonight that we need to go back again soon. Definitely recommend!

Great food great place Dom,Kiersten,Shay,Dee ... love you guys you're great.the one con is the loud music comming out of the kitchen that at times I had to talk over and raise my voice and struggle to hear my family talking all other aspects are great I will be back and hope thus will not be the case next time.

i've actually had several good meals here, but definitely want to highlight the mozzarella sticks. They are huge, and some of the best ones I've ever had. A very good option for takeout as well, as that service works quite well.

Just like a normal sports bar. Cheese sticks were giant and delicious. Food was on far for a sports bar. Fair prices. Service was good, everyone was friendly.

First time coming to Cluckers in New Albany. D was the server and he is absolutely amazing! I hear a customer telling him how great he is right now. He said he absolutely loves working here and it all just comes easy. Y’all need more of this guy! He’s upbeat, positive, efficient! He’s got it going on! Thanks again!

Came in and waited 10 minutes to order. Got my drinks. Waited another 10 mins to get to order food. Waited an hour for food. Only got my appetizers. Talked to a manager and he had nothing to say. It’s ridiculous. 2 other tables that came in 15-20 mins after I ordered food have gotten their food and still haven’t got mine. Do not recommend. Place has terrible service.

It's ok. Roosters has better wings in my opinion. AND you can get flappers only. Here at Cluckers you can't do that.

Usually a regular in our weekly family dinner for take out. The last order was poor, waited 30 mins for the order, only to find out that someone else picked up the order (not checking names). I thought since they had to remake the order it would be faster but I had to wait another 30 mins for the same order. They usually they are busy, but not this time, only about half full. Roosters can't reopen soon enough in Clarksville.
Always great food, friendly service, and cold beer. Go to place before or after watching a movie.
