No one knows if someone has food allergies or not so when ask if the worker could change his gloves he got mad and so did the lead person who asked him to change his gloves.. I watched this guy put onions, tomatoes and pick up everything to make this sandwich before getting on the grill to make my sandwich and didn't change his gloves. As I was leaving he decided to be sarcastic but I didn't say anything because I know myself and it wasn't worth responding.. So, I'm a person with food allergies and when I break out it's Hives so I'm watching out myself and my health so just change your gloves after making a sandwich not sure why everyone get mad it should be a company policy..

Me And My Wife Came To This Location Today 3-1/2024 At 1:30 Pm We Simply Wanted 2 # 8s Mikes Way One With No onion Extra Spice And vinegar. To only get home to notice That one of my sandwiches didn’t come with any of that spice or vinegar as I asked, so I called and spoke to a girl to inform her that my sandwich was incorrect and she simply replies. I’m sorry we can’t fix that. We can’t fix code stuff since it is made in front of you, well it was not made in front of me the second sandwich. The one that happened to be without the correct stuff on was made when I was paying I don’t understand how come I couldn’t bring back the sub and get it As the girl informed me, it was against protocol she cannot do that we will never be back again and I will definitely make sure of that. This location is ridiculous anytime the girl with the redhead is on the shift. Something goes wrong

Went here for a carry out sandwich. I haven’t been to a Jersey Mikes in a while but it was a real treat. I also love the simple but good menu; they focus on doing less sandwich varieties, but making them taste great. The sandwich was made quickly, tasted great, and honestly was worth the price. The place was really clean too which was pleasantly nice. All the employees were nice and helpful too. overall, I won’t wait nearly as long to head back again for another sandwich.

Seems silly to get a response of "we are out of mini's right now". Are they not capable of cutting one of the loaves into the size of a mini as a temporary work around? But I love the turkey sandwich, Mike's Way once in a while, so I made do.Dietary restrictions: Wanted a smaller sandwich but they were out of the mini. Seems like cutting one of the other loaves small could be a work around.

My wife and I was there for 25 minutes. There was a married couple with their children in front of us. The manager, Kaitlin, came out and asked for patience while lettuce was cut. Why couldn't the other 5 employees do anything? The couple in front of us couldn't believe what was happening right before our eyes!! After they left an employee took our order. My wife's sandwich was made fairly quick. Then after making SEVERAL more sandwiches they started on mine. I asked " You're just now starting my sandwich?", and Kaitlin replied that mobile orders go first, even though my order was placed first. Then my sandwich was being prepared wrong. I told them and I was ignored. After repeating myself TWICE, Kaitlin gave me a rude reply. The cheesesteak was overcooked and tough. We left and I looked up Jersey Mike's website. The complaint process is ridiculous! So I called the store and spoke with Kaitlin. I asked for a district manager's phone number and she gave me a bogus number. I tried to call Kaitlin back but she has the phone off. I called another store and they verified that the New Albany location is poorly run. BTW, the floor was filthy on both sides of the counter, as was the prep table. I will say that I do not believe the owner is aware of these ongoing issues. I also spoke with a former employee of this store who quit because of Kaitlin being rude to customers and lax on service and cleanliness.Update: The owner made everything right. Greatly appreciated!! He was a true gentleman and I appreciate that he took the time to talk with me.

I have had several positive experiences at this location. Today the assistant manager was talking about me, a customer, unknowingly in front of me with an employee. Discussing customers need to be done away from customers. I will not be returning to this location.
