6 teenagers working,. I mean eating free sandwiches. One old 75 year old hag named Vicky who has throat cancer and could care less about her life let alone make you a sandwich . Dat ol bread for 40 cents is all that it's worth. Make your own

I ordered veggie sandwich for my wife and roast beef for myself. Got veggie sandwich no mayo. Need I say more. No RB sandwich. Going out expensive and treat. Sorry but can't spend money and not get what want. No more jimmy John's for me. Me and my family were were 3 times weekclients.

TWICE in a month I have ordered & paid online in the evening & when I showed up--they told me their printer was out of paper & they didn't get my order!! TWICE!! Then they stated my card refund wouldn't show up for 3-5 business days!!! This used to be our entire family's go to place, but lately it is a joke. Last night there was a 5 or 6 year old kid hanging out of the drive thru window with sticky dirty fingers touching everything in sight. (Isn't that against the law?) Also after AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES--they made my food & I wanted large sandwiches cut in half....so they cut them in half & wrapped in one wrapper trying to make my experience even worse, I suppose. I guess because I demanded they make my order....they decided to make me pay. One giant TUNA sandwich had one end stuffed in the bag WITH NO WRAPPING. When I pulled it out of bag, the contents just dumped in the floor. So sad to see a once superior business go the way of lesser ones.

It took over an hour to get my food. I understand being busy but I just payed for a soggy sandwich. When I called to ask about the order while waiting, nothing was offered to remedy a situation that obviously wasn't good service. If delivering 6 orders is gonna take that long then maybe you should deliver less at a time. Quality should mean something.

This used to be a great Jimmy John's. We went there a couple times a week. Now it takes at least 20 minutes to get your food. They are more worried about stacking up mobile orders that arent being picked up than making sandwiches for the people standing in the restaurant. Then they had a drive-through where I sat in line for 10 minutes and they never took my order even though no one was inside the restaurant. Not sure what happened with the management of this place, but unfortunately it took a huge dive

Not "freaky fast" like their slogan claims. More like freaky slow and disorganized. They call out orders at a barely audible whisper and wonder why people don't claim their orders. They don't give you a receipt until after you've sat waiting a half hour for your cold cut sandwich. They don't even have to cook anything. I thought Penn Station was slow, but at least they're cooking meat and toasting sandwiches while frying potatoes. If they would warn you that it was going to take over a half hour to get simple cold cut sandwiches before you order, at least you could make a conscious choice. Only go there if you're not hungry and have plenty of time to wait!

The sandwiches were great and the service was quick as usual! Unfortunately, my car battery died while I was there but the workers were very accommodating to our situation. They checked in with us and asked if we wanted a drink while we waiting on the tow truck and we said we were okay, but as we were finally leaving a girl came out with chips and brownies for us. It wasn't necessary, but was unexpected and a very kind gesture! Just another reason to go to Jimmy John's now!

So just to be clear, the food is always good! However, over the last several months there seems to be something incorrect on every order. No Straw, like today again. No napkins, wrong chips, wrong cookie. Long wait time. Todays was over 30 minutes. I understand staffing so I’m not mad. Just an honest review of my experience. I’ll continue to order from this store because although the wrong item or missing item is annoying, the food is still always tastes good, and that what really matters.

When they say "freaky fast", they mean it! I have timed them before and I was in and out of the store in less than a minute. My sandwich was waiting for me at the other end of the counter before my receipt had printed out!Now has a Drive-Thru!
