One reason for my star rating is that if you order a sub with bacon, they don't heat up the bacon, also there are not hot sub options, no good bread options it is the same plain thing every time. This is of course my husband's favorite place to eat and my son and I both are like please not again. It's time to add some new things to the menu ie: hot subs and starting heating up your bacon on your current sandwiches if I order a sub with bacon I want it to crunch not be cold and squish.

Being a 11year GM I was quite disappointed in what I got. I ordered a #12 extra mayo take bread out add onions, herbs, ez sauce. Since you can't do it online I call right after I placed the order to request all sauces on the side as I was having surgery and wanted something good to eat when I came out of it and didn't want soggy bread. The employee I spoke to acted as though since the sandwich was already made she couldn't fix it. After a ah duh moment she said ok and hung up. When I was allowed to eat I saw the sandwich had no bread taken out was missing cucumbers and had sauce on the bread which did make it a lil soggy but I managed and very little lettuce. Now yes the food was good, I did enjoy it but some attention to detail would have made it that much better.

I hadn't bee to a Jimmy John's for awhile; I used to recall quick service, but this location might have been a new crew.Ordered 2 unwitch sandwiches and a regular.Order was read back but somehow only one unwich and other 2 full subs. I didn't get a receipt until food was prepared and I left. Took a long time to have my order prepared so I was in a hurry to leave to meet others - that's when I found out only one unwich.Then looked at receipt and it was wrong, so not sure why he repeated it correctly but was ordered wrong.The sandwich led were good but I placing of order was somewhat difficult, order was wrong and very untimely in preparation.So I could only give this location a 3 star.

This location lost a star. First time I had been there & I didn't know about the shelf they put carryout orders on. The cashier got a bit "snippy" with me when I asked for my order. Don't assume that I've been there before and when it turns out I hadn't been there previously, lighten your tone with the customer. 3.5 Freaky Fast ⭐'s.

We order 18 ct box was very good seem like some of the bread was little tuf and they had put Mayo on it when we order no sauces put it was ready and very tasty.

Wonderful location, I come in here on my lunch breaks all the time. Very clean in here every time I come in. Staff is always friendly and seem happy to be here. Loved the experience I had today where the cashier (Dorian) tried to help me redeem my rewards as best as they could. Super helpful and so sweet.Vegetarian options: #6 veggie with extra lettuce is my go to!
