Place says open till 10pm came around 9:03pm and they said there closed smh at least put Accurate hours online it was weird cause the open sign was still on and heck there was still people inside ....

Despite me having a receipt proving what I ordered, the gnarly woman behind the counter hands me a different plate and insists it's what I ordered. When I showed her the receipt and told her what I had ordered she starts arguing with the kitchen and says out loud "it's not my fault the customer didn't know what he wanted". At least the food was decent when I finally got what I wanted.

Be prepared to wait 15 minutes in line, watch several customers be irate with the cashier for ringing up the wrong order, or the order to be the incorrect amount. If you are remotely close to lunch time, avoid this place at all costs.

I stopped going here months ago. My work is close by so it’s convenient for lunch. Problem is they usually forget something from my order. Love the sweet tea but if they don’t give it to you first thing, you probably won’t get it. Forget any sauces you might need you definitely won’t get

We've had their chicken before but not the Chicken Tenders. They were the biggest tenders we have ever had. They were not dried out like a lot of places. I'm very happy that we stopped here.
Unfortunately, I just had a terrible experience here. I hadn’t been to Lee’s chicken in 10+ years, so I was really excited to go try it again because I remembered loving it. I went through the drive-through and the guy on the speaker had told me to hold on a minute, so I said OK. Five minutes goes by, so I followed up and said hey, are you still there? To which The guy got back on the speaker and said, “please don’t yell at me, ma’am!” - I then replied, I am not yelling at you. He asked what I wanted and at that point I was so disappointed with the absolute horrible service. So I left! Not once did he apologize for my wait, and then accused me of yelling at him when I was just following up to see if they were still there because there was about five or six cars behind me. Needless to say, I will not be trying this establishment again because that is absolutely horrible customer service and you shouldn’t treat people that way under any circumstance!I never leave reviews but I work in the service industry myself and feel like this needs to be seen by everyone.

Ordered here several times. Every time something is wrong. This time was especially bad. No sauces with any of the orders, didn't give right food for a simple 2 piece meal, and missed and entire dippers meal. Would not suggest going there and try a different chicken restaurant.
