I always go to the charlestown road location, I have always had better service here than any other ones. But I have to give them a couple of suggestions....please please check and make sure that the fries are not cold, this is truly a. let down when all you want is a crisp McDonald's salty fry and it's cold af!! I've gone to this McDonalds a few times and here's what I can say. First shift/8am-4pm is the best time to come. The lady working 2nd window is always very nice. The orders have always been accurate and mostly quick during this shift. Always great service. However evening shift is kinda the opposite. They forgot to give us our fries. No biggie, except when I went back up to the counter to ask for them I got ignored twice and the last time the girl that walked past me went up started chatting with the other girl about nothing work-related totally ignored me and then acted as if I was the inconvenience when she finally did approach me. She's lucky I didn't lose my temper, cause let me tell ya I have one and it even scares me.
