Love the Philly cheese steak and fries..!!!! They always turn the phone volume off so they don't have to work...I've caught them doing this several times...ridiculous...get your staff under control ?
I’ve been to most, if not all Penn stations in the area, both in Louisville and Southern Indiana. I had lost faith in Penn Station, to be honest, and usually decided to go somewhere else. I have never been to this location before so I thought I’d give it a try and It was probably the best meal I’ve ever had at Penn Station. The cheesesteak was fire! The fries were crispy! The staff was very professional! Highly recommend this location! I will be back!

Only got 1 fry when we ordered 2, the fries we did get were cold and soggy, and the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich had a few small pieces of bacon and turkey on it. Very disappointed.

The food here is made well and tastes good. The service staff are friendly and courteous. Unlike most sandwich shops, they don’t ask for a tip before making and serving your food. I will definitely come back.

Walked in at 7 pm tonight (Sunday), was told Lobby was closed. I assume the workers didn't want to stay any later than 8 pm to clean! There was 3 of us and would've ordered $50 worth of food. Left the restaurant without ordering! How can you post your hours to 8pm but refuse Dine customers at 7? Today's workforce is truly sad!

I would get rid of that guy who took my order was rude he kept rolling his eye at me like to say go a way. The place was dirty the floors were stinky the table were dirty and my food was the worst.
