I wish I could post a picture of the tacos I got. I ordered 2 steak authentic Mexican tacos. There were maybe 2 teaspoons of meat, a half a teaspoon of onions and a barely visible sprinkle of cilantro. When my husband asked about the amount of steak and toppings the employee said steak is expensive man.I am sure that the price of the steak is figured in the price. I paid 8.50$ for 2 tacos with virtually no meat or toppings. My husband paid 17$ for a burrito. I won't go back.

Dinner on 3.1.24. Normally I’m a fan of Qdoba but this one changed that. Clearly the prices have gone up and the portions have gone down. Getting a little extra chicken added to the measly original scoop of chicken was an extra $3.45. I got a burrito bowl with some chips, and soda and it was $23. For perspective, I went to Texas Roadhouse this evening and got a steak, loaded baked potato, salad, their amazing rolls and butter and soda. All that, with a tip, was $25!

I came into Qdoba after work one day, work had me exhausted and in a bad mood. To say the Qdoba staff had my mood completely switched would be an understatement. The whole crew greeted me with a smile on their face and with great attitude. Not to mention the food is to DIE FOR.Keep up the great work Qdoba !!!

Terrible experience with the manager I placed an online order for pick up up one arriving at the store and getting my food I asked the manager for an itemized receipt as my work was paying for the lunch and require a receipt to be comped. The manager first stated that because it’s an online order she couldn’t reprint a receipt for me as she continued to argue she stated that I would have to wait until she took care of the other customers in the store I stated the time it’s taking you to argue about printing a receipt this could have already been handled she walked away in frustration. Ihave now wasted my entire lunch period waiting for her to reprint this receipt

Absolutely terrible service. Waited for them to open they were a few minutes late opening. They were all out back smoking and on phones they finally came and unlocked the door ten minutes after opening time and very rudely tell us that they are only going to make nachos and bowls.

This was my first time to eat at a Qdoba and it was great ! This staff worked SO well together and helped each other and were very efficient in how they prepared things - they were all young which made it even more impressive! Will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: We appreciate having veggie options and making the quesadilla and bowls just what we wanted !

Pros: my online order was ready for pickup when I arrived, the staff eventually switched my drink upon request, and the food was pretty good. Cons: they forgot pico de gallo in a bowl, no to-go cutlery was included, and when I initially asked in-person to change my drink, they insisted the order was for Coke (I wanted unsweet tea). Unfortunately, there seems to be a disconnect between what order details the staff are seeing vs customer orders placed online because there is only the option to "add a drink and chips," but nowhere to select a specific drink. I assumed that meant I would select my drink upon pickup, but when I picked up my order, I got the sense the employees saw "Coke" included with my order.

Worst experience I have ever had at Qdoba, which is a place I love to go. Very nasty and disrespectful crew members. Left my 4 year olds quesadilla on the grill until it was burnt, and said very nasty and non accommodating language to the group we had there. Will not go back.
