This is for the Starbucks inside the Krogers on State Street.The ladies there are always upbeat amd so sweet. This is the Starbucks I come to no matter where I'm at! I just want to give Brooklyn a shout out for being able to hold her own under pressure. I noticed last Sunday when I came in she was the only one working and she was busy and I could tell she was under enormous pressure as I was sitting there drinking my excellent iced white mocha shall I add. But let me tell you she handled it like a BOSS!! Kudos to you lady! Don't ever doubt yourself bc you are a go getter!!thank all of you for always providing excellent service!!

I usually order 2 to 3 extra shots in a larger cup to make sure I get the flavor of coffee when I add flavors. At this location on repeatedly have a loss of flavor of the coffee itself and can only taste creamy wet ginger today. Even though they remade it the coffee was still missing with four shots! The whole time I was in Indianapolis when I would get extra shots and larger cups the taste of coffee was nice and strong along with the other flavors. I still give this place excellent reviews because they are so awesome and customer service and have a pleasant atmosphere and I love the food.Vegetarian options: I enjoy the tomato mozzarella with pesto, and the vegan breakfast sandwich.

The best Starbucks around. Wish they could ALL be like this. Beats all the others in New Albany, Jeff, and Clarksville. Super friendly staff, they ALWAYS greet customers when they enter the door. Usually fast, but if they aren’t they apologize and will let you know about how long until your order is up. Love the early AM crew during the week especially, they’re the best and in amazing moods for it being 6:30 in the morning (nurse leaving a review here). Appreciate you guys and what you do it doesn’t go unnoticed! <3

Seems to be about like all Starbucks, nothing bad to say. Manager at this location seems very nice and personable. One other employee I interacted with wasn’t the greatest but you can’t all be friendly and at least she can make the drinks well.

Waiting for almost an hour for 2 drinks. It seems like this is the worst Starbucks location in Southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky. It’s always a grueling wait time when we come in: ya’ll need to get it together in there. Your efficiency is garbage.

Yeah I came back to edit after giving them a few more chances. I got a cup that tasted like mud the other day. My biggest problem with this location is their inconsistentcy. I'm not surprised though, it was like that when I worked here. I was actually told to stay in my place when I brought up how people don't level out the coffee beans prior to brewing Pike and the extras. They had a problem with my rbf while I was going through postpartum, but the rest of the employees actually open their mouths to talk down on the customers. So there's your real problem Holly, oh and you as a manager. Jake couldn't save this place for me anymore. It's sad when I see somewhere that used to be a place of comfort turn into a shipwreck right before my eyes.

I live close to the area and every time I come to this particular Starbucks I find that they take forever to get drinks out. And also in the drive thru; They keep sticking the card reader out the drive thru window to elicit a tip I guess. That’s highly inappropriate. And I’m letting anyone who works there and reads this know now: I WILL NOT leave you a tip in doing this. It only causes pressure on most folks. And if Starbucks being a multi billion dollar company isn’t paying you enough-find a different job!
