Ordered 4 taco salads to go with one no tomato, messed that up. They close at 10, but scrubbing floors at 745 in front of us. Everything they do says go away and never come back … don’t worry, message received.

Ordered carry out, order wrong when got home, called and told will correct order, food cold and chips like rubber. They took wrong order product back , feel should have offered it back for the trouble of driving back to get correct order. Ugh ?

Didn’t even get to order food ! We left ! First we waited 20 -25 minutes when told 10 ! No worries ! Tables were open everywhere! Then we finally get seated and no drink order or anything the people that just came sat down and the waitress went right their table ! The place was the dirtiest I’ve seen one! Will not go back

Started the experience being told we couldn’t sit in a booth with a high chair, then told we couldn’t combine our GIFT CARD with a coupon. Waitress was kind and helpful but she was the only positive aspect of our experience. I left the gift card with her to share with someone else as I will not be returning. My son said it best on our way home “it felt like they didn’t want us to be there”

I have been a huge Tumbleweed fans for years!! But the last few years, quality goes down every time we go. Today, it was the worst! The queso was so watered down, it was so cold that we had to have our waitress warm it up. Service was so slow and hardly any patrons in there. Waitress was very unfriendly and not attentive for a party of 4. Three of our meals came out, almost ate half of them before our 3rd finally arrived. When notified manager of horrible experience, he looked so bored that even the table next to us commented after he walked away saying he didn’t care what I had to say at all. We paid $70 for the worse quality of food. Most fast food restaurants are well worth $70 more than Tumbleweed did tonight. We will not be going back and you shouldn’t either.

The world’s okayest Tex-Mex. It was edible, barely, and completely devoid of flavor.

I spent about three years hearing about how good this place is before I visited it. With that in mind, I went in thinking there was no way it could meet the lofty expectations thrust upon it by my friends and family. I was right.Somehow this place managed to exceed all of my expectations. From the delightful and attentive server, to the delicious food as pictured here. Visiting America is always a journey for my stomach, and Tumbleweed was my favourite food stop on this trip. The environment doesn't immediately give off cozy vibes, but once seated it's easy to feel like you're the only table in the room.If I could give the service more than five stars, I would. My glass was never empty, and he never came around in that awkward phase right after you take a bite which was very nice. The chips and queso make for an warm up session for the meal. Overall, I am very much looking forward to returning here again, and making it a regular spot for myself and everyone I can drag there with me.Kid-friendliness: The inclusion of a kids menu is a wonderful touch, and kept ours entertained throughout the whole meal. The staff were very nice to her as well.

VERY American. the Queso was likely velveta, and the salsa tasted like spaghetti sauce. My boyfriend ordered a burrito and it had large chunks of shredded orange cheese in it. Pretty disappointed if i’m being honest.

Portions have gotten smaller. (Chicken fajitas here are half the size of other Mexican restaurants in area for same price.)Chips with salsa has changed a lot thinner and well just not as tasty just bland. Kitchen times for our order was just to long. Better choices in area.Won’t be back anytime soon.
